On September 22nd, SLC club members participated in yet another restoration event with the Friends of Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve (FLPCP) organization. Due to the large amount of volunteers, the watering went by quickly, and the volunteers were able to also work on some seed collecting. 

Volunteers collected seeds from a variety of native species, including the California Sunflower, Giant Wild Rye, and California Buckwheat.

Overall, this weekend marked yet another successful and productive restoration event!
